Who is the tyre change with?
Auto Antonio. The slot is reserved in their system, and you do the whole thing from Faar.
Where is the tyre change available?
Šibenik, Split and Trogir, where Auto Antonio has branches. We are expanding across Croatia soon, and new branches appear in the app as they come online.
Can I hold more than one booking for a vehicle?
No. A vehicle can have one active booking, because it can only be in one workshop bay at a time. Cancelled bookings stay in the vehicle history, so you can rebook straight after cancelling.
What if my tyre size is not recorded?
You can enter it on the vehicle profile. After the first booking Faar remembers it, so the next one is quicker.
Does Faar charge for the booking?
No. Booking through Faar is free; you pay only for the service at the branch.
