How QFaar works

They pick a message, and it reaches you in Faar.
Why the sticker is not free
We print it properly, because it lives on a windscreen through sun, rain and car washes. It has to stay scannable for years, and cheap printing does not survive that.
Behind the code sits a service that has to work the moment someone scans it — servers, message delivery and maintenance do not pause.
With the current offer that works out at roughly 37 cents a month across two years. We charge what keeps the service standing, and the rest of the app stays free.
Frequently asked
Does the person scanning see my phone number?
No. The conversation is anonymous and goes through the app. You can choose to show your number, but that is not the default.
Does the person scanning need Faar installed?
No. Scanning opens a web page where they pick a message, with nothing to install.
What is a vehicle status?
A short note you put on your own vehicle, shown to anyone who scans your sticker — “Back in 10 minutes”, for instance. It comes with a countdown of how much longer it holds, because you pick the duration. When it expires it disappears, and a vehicle has one active status at a time.
