One vehicle, several drivers

When a vehicle is shared with a partner or across a family, the reminders and the costs are shared too — and nobody hands over a password.

Shared drivers in the Faar app, on two phones

Access without a password

The other driver gets their own account and their own access, rather than signing in as you.

Reminders for both

A registration expiry does not depend on who drove last.

One shared record

Fill-ups and costs join the same vehicle history, whoever entered them.

You control access

Grant it and revoke it whenever you want.

Adding a driver

  1. Open the vehicle and invite a driver by email.

  2. They accept and the vehicle appears in their Faar.

  3. You can revoke their access at any point.

Frequently asked

Does the other driver see all my data?

They see the vehicle you shared and its records. Your other vehicles and your account stay separate.

Do I have to share my password?

No. You invite the driver by email and they use their own account, so your sign-in details stay yours.

Can I revoke access later?

At any time. The vehicle disappears from their Faar, and the records stay with the vehicle.
